A: It depends on power and material. 1000W cuts 4-6mm carbon steel; 2000W cuts 8-10mm; 3000W cuts 12-14mm; 

6000W cuts over 20mm. Thinner for stainless steel and aluminum.

♥ Q: What brands of laser source and cutting head do you use?

A: We use well-known laser sources (Raycus or MAX) and auto-focus heads from Raytools, Precitec, or WSX to ensure 

smooth cuts and long-term stability.

♥ Q: Is the machine easy to operate? Do you offer installation guidance?

A: The machine is pre-adjusted before shipment. We offer remote video guidance (via Zoom/Teams) and one-on-one online

training until you are fully proficient.

♥ Q: What about the lifespan and supply of consumables (lenses, nozzles)?

A: With proper use, lenses last 1-3 months. We maintain sufficient stock for quick shipping to keep your production running 

without interruption.

♥ Q: How do you pack and ship such a heavy machine?

A: We use international seaworthy packaging, including anti-rust treatment and high-strength wooden crates (or bare load with 

braces). We handle container loading and customs clearance efficiently.

♥ Q: Can the power voltage be customized?

A: Yes. Standard is 380V/50Hz/3-Phase. If you need 220V, 440V, or 60Hz, we can install a dedicated transformer or converter 

before shipment.

♥ Q: What is your specific warranty policy?

A: 2-year warranty for the machine body (rails, gears), and 1-2 years for the laser source (brand dependent). Consumables are 

excluded. Core parts damaged (non-human) are replaced for free.

♥ Q: How do you handle overseas after-sales issues?

A: 24-hour online technical support. Minor issues can be solved by video. For core hardware issues, we ship replacement parts 

via DHL/FedEx immediately and guide the replacement remotely.
